Workshop and session formats

Whole-school assembly

25–40 minutes · Up to 400 students, KS3–KS5

A high-energy keynote that opens the year, launches a theme week or resets behaviour expectations. Storytelling, music and audience interaction land one clear message students repeat back the same day.

  • Raised aspiration
  • Shared language for the term ahead
  • Immediate staff-visible engagement

PSHE / RSHE workshop

50–90 minutes · One or two year groups, up to 35 per group

Interactive sessions mapped to PSHE Association themes — mental health and wellbeing, healthy relationships, identity and belonging, online life and risk. Students work in small groups and leave with a personal action.

  • Curriculum-aligned learning objectives
  • Student worksheets included
  • Written summary for teachers

Youth mentoring series

4–6 weekly sessions · Targeted cohorts of 8–15 students

A structured programme for students at risk of exclusion, low attendance or disengagement. Goal setting, confidence, communication and next-steps planning, with progress notes after every session.

  • Attendance and engagement tracking
  • Pre/post student self-assessment
  • Pastoral team handover notes

Enrichment & careers day hosting

Half or full day · Whole cohort or festival-style carousel

Hosting and facilitation for careers fairs, cultural celebrations, awards evenings and enrichment days — keeping the room energised, on time and on message from first bell to last.

  • Professional compering
  • Run-sheet built with your lead
  • Seamless transitions between sessions
